Pass the Remote

Here's the story behind this scene - one day I was on the couch watching tv and didn't feel good. I called my husband in from the other room and asked him to hand me the remote which was on the coffee table, much closer to me than to him of course. I didn't want to even move since I wasn't feeling too good. He laughed so much when he found out why I called him in to the room that he said "you HAVE to stamp a scene about this". He thought it would be much funnier with a man on the couch instead of a woman so here it is....(yep, he's a really good guy my hubby lol).

Fun at the Pond

Zoe from Make it Crafty asked me to be guest designer this week for her Make it Colourful challenge blog.
The challenge was "color a water scene". I had to use at least one of MiC's digital images and whatever other stamps I wanted - and of course it had to have some water in it. I chose the mushroom house and this is what I came up with. It was colored with Copic markers and colored pencils.

Pooh's House

Spring in the Valley - that's our bratty Tee-Tee (that's what we call him, short for Tigger), his favorite activity is knocking things off tables and bureaus. Love him anyway LOL.

Diana in the Kitchen

Mrs. Comfy Cooks digital image
from Phindy's Place....I emailed Philomena O'Neill and told her I removed her copyright notice from in front of the stove....it made the scene ugly having it right there in the middle. She requires it to be there but she said she was OK with it in this case as long as I put a copyright notice somewhere on the front - which I did on the bottom border.

Good Day Cafe

Don't ask my why I made the parking lines so crooked! I don't know! LOL
A lot of times I don't notice crooked things like that until I am finished with a scene and scan it - then I see it on the computer screen. Oh well.
As usual, if anyone wants to know where a particular image is from, please feel free to ask and I will be happy to tell you.
